The best hotel to choose for your honeymoon, with fast check-in at the front desk and dedicated concierge managers Mars and Jerry to meet your travel needs and recommend fun attractions in Shanghai. The hotel also offers a complimentary executive lounge with beautiful scenery and friendly manager Evan. The various foods during the happy hour are also very unique. When my husband and Jerry were chatting, they mentioned wanting to eat scallion oil mixed noodles, and the hotel specially prepared them to be delivered to the room. The chubby chef makes people feel particularly friendly and worth recommending

The price conpared to the room standard was very good. loved the bidet sprayer. very comfortable beds and soundproof walls. The staff is very friendly and helpful. good location and stunning view at night.

The staff was extremely nice and kind. The experience with the concierge dept, specifically jerry, zhang, luca, as well as the reception team and the houskeeping throughout our entire stay was fantastic and made our trip great.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the subway, and the front desk service is excellent. Thank you for the help Jerry and Sinnie provided during their stay. The hotel also gave away administrative benefits, and the view of the lounge is beautiful. Manager Evan is very friendly and worth recommending!

Amazing hotel located in the Putuo district, 5min walking from the Changshou road metro station. The hotel itself is very well maintained, modern, and spacious. The staff speak English and were very professional, very helpful! The room assigned was a suite located on the 28th floor. Very spacious (more than 25m2) with all the amenities included. A very modern bathroom with an amazing view of the city skyline. The room was itself very modern and well taken care. Don't forget to bring your swimsuit! There is an outdoor swimming pool on the 7th floor (and a gym also!). The breakfast there was very well balanced between Chinese and western cuisine. You had meals made with fresh ingredients, and a lot of variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, we were very impressed by the quality and service of the hotel and staff. This hotel now is our radar if we go back again to Asia.
